Training Floor

Our training floor is divided into 3 areas: Cardio Area, Strength Area and Standalone Equipment Area. 

- Over 200 plus Bits and pieces of equipment
- Dedicated Deadlift Area
- Dedicated Chest Area
- Dedicated Weight Area
- Dedicated Area for Spin Bikes and Classes
- Dedicated Cardio Area with over 30 cardio machines
- Over 40 workshops/month
- Over 2000kg of weights (plates, kettle bells, dumbells, squat bags etc.)
- BMI Machine
- Dedicated changing rooms with showers
- Goal oriented Personal Training
- Over 100 Group Classes and Workshops a month.

Class Area

Our indoor class area can hold between 10-20 people depending on the class. We also hold external Aqua Aerobics which can be pre-booked.

Members Area

Our changing area allows you to reduce your trips between; work, home and the gym. With our locker area for storage of items and shower area to allow you shower before heading out for work.
